Subway provides this information online and it really depends on the sandwich.
6" Turkey is 223 calories (I'm guessing when you say "half" you mean the 6").

Depends on the subway sandwich - all cheese? A godzilla amount. All lettuce? None.
Visit http://www.subway.com/applications/NutritionInfo/nutritionlist.aspx?id=sandwich for a chart showing the calories in each sandwich.

I just went on the website and added all the toppings you listed so a 6 inch is 470 cal. and a footlong is 640 btw in the future, if you want to find out the exact calories of your subway sandwich, go to the type of sandwich it is then scroll down a little and press the grey button that says "calculate yours"

Write this down:
What kind of Subway sandwich? Meatball? Club? Turkey? On wheat bread? White Bread? With or without cheese? Are you going to put jellybeans on it? You have to be more specific.

They have a brochure in their restaurants that can break it down for you- there are different sandwiches, with different caloric values, and adding or subtracting condiments alters the calories, too.
