My family, nurses and preachers. I've seen both, a tumor is a growth in or on the brain. Where the aneurysm is a vein within the brain that blows and leaks blood into the surrounding tissue. most people die of the aneurysm, which is fast. Standing there talking and they are gone. Of the two take the aneurysm.

Like comparing peaches to crank shafts, they aren't anthing like each other. But that's not to say it's a bad question at all. A brain aneurysm is a balloning of an artery in the head, usually the larger arteries between the two lobes of the brain. A brain tumor is a cancerous growth in the gray matter of the brain.

A tumor is a growth of tissue or a collection of fluid inside of a thick "sack" (for lack of a better word). An aneurysm is a vessel that has weakened, and, if there is too much pressure, will cause a brain bleed. A tumor will not rupture from pressure, an aneurysm might.

A tumor is a growth, malignant or non-malignant. An aneurysm is a break in a blood vessel. An aneurysm is a bulge in a blood vessel, much like a bulge on an over-inflated inner tube. Aneurysms are dangerous because they may burst.

A brain tumor is a mass/growth. An aneurysm is a bulge in an artery. Think of a water hose with a weak spot in it where it bulges out.

A brain tumor is a mass of neoplastic cells that can be benign or cancerous. A brain aneurysm is a portion of an artery that has bulged out due to a weakening of the artery wall, that can potentially burst and cause a stroke.

A brain tumor is any intracranial tumor created by abnormal and uncontrolled cell division, normally either in the brain itself (neurons, glial cells (astrocytes, oligodendrocytes, ependymal cells), lymphatic tissue, blood vessels), in the cranial nerves (myelin-producing Schwann cells), in the brain envelopes (meninges), skull, pituitary and pineal gland, or spread from cancers primarily located in other organs (metastatic tumors). Primary (true) brain tumors are commonly located in the posterior cranial fossa in children and in the anterior two-thirds of the cerebral hemispheres in adults, although they can affect any part of the brain. In the United States in the year 2005, it was estimated that there were 43,800 new cases of brain tumors (Central Brain Tumor Registry of the United States, Primary Brain Tumors in the United States, Statistical Report, 2005 - 2006) [1], which accounted for 1.4 percent of all cancers, 2.4 percent of all cancer deaths[2], and 20–25 percent of pediatric cancers[2][3]. Ultimately, it is estimated that there are 13,000 deaths/year as a result of brain tumors[1].
A brain aneurysm is a ballooning-out of the wall of an artery in the brain. Often this wall is weakened by disease, injury or an abnormality present at birth. Aneurysms are often caused or made worse by high blood pressure. They aren't always life-threatening, but serious consequences — such as a stroke — can result if one bursts in the brain. This is called a hemorrhagic (or bleeding) stroke.

Get every scan possible and MRI and CT . My dad is 46 and still young but he had 2 strokes and heamoroid or something like that. It's not just that it could be a tumour but a heamoroid is just that bad. It's a vein in your brain that makes like a bubble and if the bubble burst you can die. Or be a vegetable. They had to send a doctor from overseas to operate on my father. It was a very stressful day and really long hours. And the symptoms sounds alike. Just becare fulll and don't think nothing of it because it just may be something. Get second opinion and third it you must. And good luck I hope you will feel better soon. Mwa!
