Perhaps the best way is think about your question to examine the symptoms of someone with a bipolar disorder. A bipolar disorder is a highly complex and serious mood disorder that is characterised by extreme manic episodes (highs) and severe depressive episodes (lows).
So if you do have these symptoms, it is best that you check with a doctor. Getting a proper diagnosis can mean getting the most appropriate treatment and care for you.

No, that doesn't make any sense. My sister is bi-polar and you'll know it without a diagnosis but, a doctor should do that for treatment.
I've heard some people blame a bad temper or disposition on Bi-polar to get by as an excuse. I've heard some with a personality disorder blame it on bi-polar. There is a diagnosis for this disease and should be concerned with it. My sister is suicidal and has to be watched, so, if you are bi-polar and haven't seen a doctor, your playing a dangerous game.

A condition can be slight, or severe, or moderate. there are numerous degrees.
A person can have a condition called Psychlothrombic Personality. It is having a tendency to have mood changes, but not to the degree that they are diagnosed bipolar. It does not debilitate them, but It can effect their behavior.
If a person is aware of it in themselves it means it likely can be controlled with self discipline.

Well there are different levels of bipolar. You might have a less serious case of it. If it is very very mild, you might be helped by taking Lexapro. It contains both an antidepressant and an anti-anxiety drug.

There are lots of mental disorders, not all as severe as bipolar. Maybe you should get checked out if you are worried about it.

You might very well be bipolar, so I strongly urge you to see a psychiatric counselor about this matter.
