im thinking of starting a 6-8 hundred calorie diet. my mom say its unhealthy, but i did the math, and i can eat 2 servings of boiled chicken(110 cal each), 2 servings of frozen green beans that i boil(30 cal each), 2 big grapefruits (53 cal each), 2 cups of milk (91 cal each), and 1 piece of wheat bread (65 cal) and still only be at 633, and would keep me plenty full and leave room for a peach or plum when i get a sweet tooth. And i know i would be getting more of the nutrients i need than i usually do, so i dont know how a diet where im getting better and more nutrients and less fat can be unhealthy? so yea please explain, or confirm my idea that this would be a very healthy diet
