I read the nutrition label and it seems to be very healthy, because its only 150 calories a serving and 25 calories from fat, and no sugar. it's basically just plain plain organic oatmeal. is that good if Im trying to lose weight?

Yes. Oatmeal is one of the best breakfasts out there.

It counts as a light breakfast as long as you watch the portion size and make sure not to drown it in butter, sugar, and milk like my family tends to do.

its not light but it deffinately is the best breakfast you can have.
mix it with egg whites and flax seeds and it will be even better.

yes it is verry good and light can use a low cal sugar.
