Your face color shows the condition of your health. There are several things you can do to improve your face color!
1. Exercise outdoors. Go for a walk, bike ride, or sign up for an organized sport. Get out of the gym and exercise in the sunshine for at least thirty minutes a day. The fresh air will help your lungs, the weather and exercise will increase your circulation and help put more color in your face, and the sun provides Vitamin D which is neccessary for your skin. Sunscreen at least an 8 SPF will prevent sunburn but allow for some color to help improve your skin color.
2. Eat your vegetables. Vegetables, the more the better, provide Vitamins A, B1, B6, C, D, E, K, Beta-Carotenes, Lycopenes, and some anti-oxidants and fiber. Beta-Carotenes, found in carrots, tomatoes, peppers, and purple cabbage, help towards your skin tremendously. Vitamin E is a natural skin conditioner (it's why it's used in so many skin products.)
3. Take a really good multi-vitamin. There are those who say that multi-vitamins only get flushed through your system, but taken over time, you get enough to replace vitamins lost or make up for viamins you don't get from food. Find a multi-vitamin that has lots of natural sources. Trader Joe's has some good multivitamins, so does Vitamin World.
4. Visit your doctor and get some blood tests done. You might be anaemic, meaning you have low amounts of iron in your blood. You may have a food allergy that is showing as discolored skin. Your doctor will help find out the state of your health and help you find the right vitamins or minerals you need or lack. The doctor may recommend some good supplements for you.
5. For discolored skin, look into skin foundations made from natural sources that you can wear everyday. There are tons of websites and manufacturers dedicated to natural makeup products - Zia Natural, Bare Minimum, ME Naturally Mineral Cosmetics, just to name a few.
6. Get your sleep. Good health includes good sleep. Good exercise helps improve your sleep. Arrange your schedule so you can get at least 8 hours of sleep per night.
7. Reduce your coffee, soda, and drug intake. Caffeine, nicotine, even pain relievers can affect the condition of your health, and will show up in dull, discolored skin tones.
Keep trying and Good Luck. Good health should be your goal, healthier skin is a result of good health.

Make sure you Cleanse, tone and definetly moisterize! and exfoliate twice a week as this gets rid of dead skin cells (but dont exfoliate every day because this gets rid of new skincells and would ruin skin) make sure you have a clean cleansed and moisterized face and apply a primer ( primers give a satin base and help makeup last) Get a foundation and apply with a brush, your fingertips or a foundation sponge (M.A.C, loreal, maybelline and covergirl all do great shades for pale skin) apply foundation (porcelian shades with rosy undertones would be great for you and M.A.C foundation matchmaster spf 15 foundation in shade 1.0 would look gorgeous. Apply foundation or a light tinted moinsterizer( remember to apply foundation over and under eyes aswell) and then get a foundation powder (M.A.C, loreal , bareminerals and lancome are good for this) and dust powder all over face and dab of excess with foundation sponge. Next get a natural (not to dark) bronzer and apply from applys upwards (make sure the bronzer is light and natural , because even bronzers that look light come out dark) and only apply a small bit. You apply apply bronzer along forehead and down the nose ( laura merciar , bareminerals foundation( in a darker shade) and m.a.c have good bronzers) or you could just get a bronzer that a foundation 1-2 shades darker than your skintone and use that as a bronzer. Or you could a pink blush instead( blushers look beautiful on light skintones) and M.A.C powder blusher in well dressed is also good) cream blusher you could also use. Also is you have pale olive skin etc get a foundation beige or with yellow undertones. and make sure you apply foundation down jawline and neck aswell so its blended! hope this helps! overwise go to the beauty salon and they will get a perfect foundation match based on your shade and skin type:) and remember there is nothing wrong with being pale! Everyone should except their skinshade and bring it out:D Megan fox, Angelina Jolie, Katy perry, cameron diaz and selena gomez all have beautiful pale or light olivie skin and are all examples of some stunning celebritys! hope this helps:D

I can't tell if you are a guy or girl, but some makeup won't do you any harm and if you are a guy why not stay out in the sun for a bit.
