4 yrs ago I lost 50 pounds using an ephedra product and then I became pregnant. My child is 3 and I went from 130 pre-preg to 200 as of today. I cant stand to exercise and dieting is too much trouble for me. I am not disciplined and probably never will be. I have recently heard of combo pilling and I am going to start in a week with relacore and zantrex3. Any last minute tips, other than not to do this? I know alot of you will say just eat right and move but you dont kow me and I am too lazy! Thanks!

There is no magic pill. Any diet pill that you take is made to curb your appetite. It's when you eat less and exercise more that your body looses the fat. If you don't want to diet (or change your habit of eating from bad to good) and you don't want to exercise and you just want to take pills, what your setting yourself up for is some future health problem. There is no way to loose it magically. Your kidding yourself. Lazyness equals fat. Being of a strong and healthy mind pushes you to make the right choices for yourself and therefore your body will follow. It's all a mental battle. Your body will do whatever your mind tells it to do. Seems like you need to get your mind right and again your body will just follow.

Not lazy suicidal! To not change your diet that is obviously not healthy and use drugs that are know to cause heart complications are are going to start killing your body. What kind of mother would jeopardize her own life when her new baby is counting on her just so she can feel a little better about her weight. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? You don't need a lesson in dieting, or fitness. YOU NEED A LESSON IN PARENTING AND I WOULD GUESS LIFE IN GENERAL! You better take out on heck of a life insurance policy for the kid that you are going to leave behind at a young age.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

If you are too lazy, then you do not deserve to lose "weight"-fat and muscle.

You may as well kiss your kid goodbye and better make an appoitment for the ER.

Take care.

All I can say is get your financial and medical stuff in order - because if you don't get hospitalized from this, then it will kill you.

Dangerous combo you're looking into.

Good luck.
