hey!!! i am maybe in the same situation as you.. i am taller and 3 kgs more and i just started to eat a very healthy diet, so as my doctor told me ! eat lots and lots of protein.. like lean fish, salmon, sea bass, red snapper, TUNA!! fresh almonds, fresh white cheese, and also eat many many veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, peas, tomatoes, lettuce! also... for your snacks, you can go for natural yogurt with about 6 chopped almonds and if you want to spice it up you can add just a bit of natural honey from the bees. also if you like chocolate, you can go for the 100 calorie packs of oreos or the special k chocolate and peanut butter protein bar! they are greaat! another of my healthy recipes from my doc is a protein shake home-made... just add 1/2 bannana, a little bit of skim milk, splenda sugar, and a scoop of WHEY PROTEIN... but make sure is the lean one! so you wont bulk up like men LOL! all this will sure help you and make you feel great and they will leave you with an amazing toned and healthy LEAN and SLIM body... AND VERY IMPORTANT dont forget to do exercise! at least 40 min a day..! cardio and a little bit of weight will do it for you! please dont think you will bulk up because trust me i am one that DOES NOT WANT TO BULK UP and i am very feminine and it has never happen to me! .. you can mix and match everything I've tell you and make sure you do it naturally, wisely, and safely! i really really wish you the best in everything!!!! i really love when i help girls with similar situations!! love and kisses !! :)

a healty diet depends on your height weight body type, ect. the best way to find out is to talk to a nutritionist to get you specific needs. they can supply you with all the information you need. I am a dietetic technologist but i would need all your information to help you.
