im 13..i think i have phimosis. idk what to do?!!? plz help me. any way i can stretch the skin to where it will go down all the way?

OK, FOR ABOUT A MONTH I HAD CHANGED MY DIET (I'VE CUT ALL JUNK FOOD COMPLETELY) AND AM ON A REDUCED CALORIE INTAKE.

FOR THE FIRST MONTH I LOST ABOUT 10 POUNDS. . .(WITHOUT EXERCISING) NOW, THIS PAST WEEK I HAVE BEEN EXERCISING AND HAVE GAINED ALMOST ALL 10 POUNDS BACK!

WHAT HAVE I DONE WRONG? MY FOOD INTAKE IS THE SAME. . .

I'M NOT SKINNY ENOUGH FOR THIS FAT TO TURN INTO MUSCLE (I HAVE TOO MUCH FAT TO LOSE)

HOWEVER, THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT MY BOWEL MOVEMENTS ARE NOT QUITE AS REGULAR AS PREVIOUS WEEKS. . .

ADVICE.. YOUR THOUGHTS? I'M REALLY DISCOUREGED

I have never been an organ donor; and the only reason has been quite a conspiracy theory: "if I go to the hospital for whatever reason, and I happen to have the perfect organ that president whoever or mr. important whoever needs, they might take mine and let me die like the peasant that I am.... I took a two week break from tennis, and just started up again with a new grip. It a tough lether grip and is really rough on my hands, and after playing a few hours with it my hand were blistering in a few places. I know the best way is to just keep using it in moderation, but I'm wondering if anyone has any other tips or tricks to toughen up the skin quicker.

I feel very irritable, angry & depressed right now, & I feel like I'm going to lose my temper. I'm trying very hard to not allow myself to become weak enough to get mentally hospitalized. I've been having a headache & nausea & feeling tense & full of anxiety all day with my stomach feeling like it's twisted in knots, & I can't even eat. I'm about to cry.

I usually feel stupid calling the crisis hotline because my family shuns me for it & teases me about it, saying that all I'm doing is telling STRANGERS my personal business. Personally, I find the crisis hotline very helpful. If I talk out my problems, it helps me calm down & feel better. I don't really have any friends to turn to but 1 friend. I'm really struggling with a lot if issues, & the other so-called friends think I'm just a drama queen who complains too much & wants sympathy & attention, when that's not so.

Is there anything wrong with calling the crisis hotline or is it OK?

i recieved the toradol shot tonight at about 8pm and i want to drink tomorrow but i dont know if i can ? i dont knwo how long the shot is supposed to last so if it wears off in 24 hours i should be good to go right ? thanks!

Let me start out by saying that I've been feeling weird all day. It's hot and I didn't sleep well last night and that always makes me feel weird...
But earlier tonight I had the sudden urge to just cry. I didn't, but all I wanted to do was cry. Don't know why, nothing sad, but whatever. Then all of a sudden I got really tired and really nervous and scared and a little shortness of breath. And now I'm really scared to go to sleep because I'm afraid I won't wake up.
What can I do? Is this a panic attack? How can I calm down so I can sleep? Please, please help me.

Whenever I sneeze, my nipples immediately get hard. It's rather embarassing because I end up headlighting the room unless I'm wearing a wool sweater. And I have just made a loud noise to attract additional attention. Is this common? Genetic? Weird or normal?

So on Sunday I had a a very sudden dizzy spell come on as well as a real queezy feeling. The dizziness and light headed feeling lasted approximately an hour and then when it was over, I was very tired. Today the same thing happened only it was acompanied by pretty significant sweating. I am a 27 year old male and in reasonably good health. I plan on seeing the doctor but was wondering if anyone has had similar experiences or know of anything that could be hepful.

They're most noticable on bright sunny days, but they're always in my vision.
They're definitely physical objects and not my imagination because they're affected by gravity (They sink down when my eyes are still and then bounce back up when I move my eyes).
You do know what I'm talking about, right?
What are those things?
I hope I'm not the only person who sees those things.

I don't think I have Lymes. I do know that the bite area is still hard and red. I "popped" it yesterday and got a lot of clear fluid. (Gross I know) It was not taken out properly, rather it was yanked out 'cause I freaked. Is it just infected? Should I see a doctor? I don't feel sick, but it has been a month now... I hear that if the tick is pulled wrong, the mouth/legs can be left.... any help?

I have a rash that started on my arm, I just figured I cut them, then noticed later small red bumps all over my chest and stomach as well. They don't itch, but are bumpy and just barely getting better. I have had this for a week. Will go to the doctor soon if it doesn't get any better.

A bottle was broken while he was weedeating and a small shard of the glass flew up and lodged in his calf. He says that he can feel it shifting when he's on his feet for long periods of times. He cleaned it out well but couldn't get to the glass to retrieve it. It doesn't seem to be infected but I have heard that it is possible for objects that have been lodged in the body and not removed to actually travel throughout the body causing worse damage later on. Should he go to the doctor and have it removed?
