I'll try eating 100-200 calories for a few days, but i was in a car accisednt recently and have to becarful with exerciseing. i can definetly walk though.

It's important to vary your calorie consumption slightly when you plateau. If you are eating 1200 calories a day, have a couple of days where you eat 1400, and then a day of 1000. Also, if you are exercising, you want to vary the length and intensity of your workouts.

Change the intensity of your work out and better yet, change the type of exercise you are doing.

Also, change your diet in some way.

Your body is made up of muscles that have 'memory'. They will get used to the same things you eat and drink and when we plateau it's our body's way of saying 'oh yeah,...I remember that...'. Give it a jolt by making a change.

you might be not eating enough
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Are you dieting or exercising, or both. 7 pounds is a small drop. I do that getting sick.

Get a regular exercise habit.
