Have the cylinder bored out .063" over, heat up the block, insert a new tungsten carbide liner with a .375" ID bore, and add an aluminum piston with new rings, high lift cam, and vola.! It worked great on my '74 Dodge Dart. tf

I agree with mgrenia, your husbandis being an insensitive ***. Iam sure that any man out there told his wife she was too loose and not satisfying would get a slap upside the head. And deserve it too. Men just dont realize thatin birth, women are squeezing something the size of a watermelon out of a hole the size of a lemon. That's gonna stretch things out a bit. As others have told you,Kagel exercises can work. The vagina is a muscle, and like all muscles, the more you work them, the stronger they get. There are creams, surgery is also an option. Or you can tell your husband to grow the hell up,that you having kids was his doing as well, and that maybe if he's not getting satisfaction, maybe it's his fault. A friend once used the term about a loose woman as "Like throwing a hot dog down a hallway, have to bounce it off the sides to feel anything." Well, maybe his hot dog is more like a vienna sausage.

Hi Mareena.
Kaegel exercise works best if you start after few days of delivery. However, it may still work if you are doing it long enough and in a proper way.
You can find on line how to do it, or your physician can help you. There are a few exercises which includes usage of phallus-like objects. It may be effective, too.

If at all, you want to use some cream- please get it from a doctor. Non-prescribed drugs may cause some troubles that you would never want. Be advised to find out all the possible side-effects and precautions before using any creams.

Meanwhile, there are a few changes in positions that can make vagina tighter. Crossing legs is the simplest position that tightens the vagina. Your husband can take part and help you in some part of kaegel exercise.

Well, there is comething that could help... I've never tried it myself, but I hope it can work for you I've had friends with that problem. It's a lot better that gel or surgery and simpler too, it's called Kegals. It is an exercise you can do anytime you want, day night, work, anywhere, anytime. This will help you tense up your vagina and make you tighter. You tense up your muscles in your vagina while taking deep breath at first, letting it out as you totally relax, later pick up the pace to a faster "squeeze" it will strenghten the muscles, making you tighter.... and it improves sex as well ;) look it up and see if it works

good luck

This is a common problem in women who have had multiple children. I would see a gynecologist, the doctor who delivered your children. Explain the problem to him or her, and see what is recommended. There are certain exercises, devices and minor surgical procedures that can tighten the pelvic muscles. Perhaps you can perform the Kegel or squeezing exercises while you're having sex. Your husband should be more understanding and supportive. If he complains too much, tell him he can have the next baby.

You might find this hard to believe coming from a man (who also has 4 children)...

Tell your husband to grow up! Perhaps he should have been in the delivery room with you so he could see first hand what you had to go through to deliver his child!

If I ever made a comment like that to my wife she would slap me up-side the head, and I would deserve it.

Good grief!

If you have done Kegel's, it should have done a lot of improvement. I think your husband is complaining too much. You gave him 4 children, what more does he want? And is he the same young man you married years ago? Unless he is as slim, young and handsome as he was when he was a newlywed, tell him to stop complaining. Or go entertain himself, his hands should be able to go as tight as he wants it to.
