Whenever I sneeze, my nipples immediately get hard. It's rather embarassing because I end up headlighting the room unless I'm wearing a wool sweater. And I have just made a loud noise to attract additional attention. Is this common? Genetic? Weird or normal?

You may be holding back the sneeze. This causes a back pressure that pushes out on your breasts and causes the nipples to swell as they release the extra air pressure.

You are either getting a chill when you sneeze, or your breasts are rubbing against your bra. Either way your nipples will react.

its common, when you nip out you nip out, any sort of sudden actions or stimulation can cause it.
