I am sure you are beautiful just the way you are. Instead of concentrating on how much you weigh, focus on healthy exercising and good nutrition. If you are exercising at least 3 times a week and making good nutritional choices you will become a healthy 15 year old. OMG yes that is to skinny 125 is actually to small for your height the best bet for your "baby fat" is to just work out do some crunchers and play some sports to gain muscle tone which ways more than fat so dont lose any more weight your weight is just right

That sounds way too skinny. I'm 5'7" and I'm told that weighing 145-160 is healthy for taller people. Also, it depends on your bone structure. Some people are smaller framed, but I'd say don't lose weight. I'd say just work on toning your muscles, and not try to lose any weight.

You are fine at the weight you are (maybe even a little too thin) and probably look thinner than you think. We are all our own worst critics. Remember, you are still growing and your body needs fuel to do that. Dieting to lose weight at you current height/weight would be counter productive.
You can get a leaner look by making healthy food choices and making sure you get regular exercise.

It sounds like you're at a good weight for your age and height. Just stay active and that extra little bit of baby fat will come off. Try not to be too worried about this. Our society always puts too much pressure on young girls and their weight and appearance. Enjoy your high school years. They go by too fast.

In my humble opinion, you are perfect just the way you are. You don't need to lose any weight. If you want to tone up a bit, just do some exercises. The majority of teenage girls think they're too fat, when in reality, they are perfectly beautiful. With your height, you don't want to get skinny, or you'll lose those delightful feminine curves. "Thin is in" only applies to some fashion models, who in my opinion look emaciated.

Your weight is fine. Please don't obsess over it. It worries me when I see teenagers who are of a normal weight wanting to lose weight.
If you think you need to tone up, or gain a bit of muscle, talk to your gym teacher, or see if your folks will sign you up at the Y. I'm a firm (pun semi-intended) believer in weight training. I was introduced to it at about your age, back in the '70s.

yea i would hold off on the losing weight. it sounds too skinny. plus, at fifteen, you are probably going to change a lot in your body weight over the next couple of years.
