I was wondering if anyone can help me create a workout schedule that works on the core, but also improves quickness, agility and overall speed. Also, it would be a huge benefit to include any kind of weight-lifting that would improve one's core and quickness. Variety in the workout also would help. I'm not looking to become a bulkier build, but rather one that is quicker, and has a more stable run. Thanks.
