No offense, but your boyfriend was being a jerk.
Wait till you get older, sweetie....I used to hate my legs/butt (same measurements as you) but when you date mature guys...they actually like women with curves.
They're never going to get smaller, but you can do activities like lunges and light strength training to firm up the muscles (which will make them appear slimmer.) Be confident---with those measurements, you look great!

In my opinion this is the best resource you can find online on how to get rid of cellulite http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=539
You CAN'T improve or enhance your leg, butt, hip, thigh or tummy areas with cellulite creams, lotions, wrap treatments, diet/fat burning pills, butt enhancement supplements or any other money wasting scam that sounds to good to be true. (I'm sure you have already wasted A LOT of money on some of these). Deceptive marketing and pharmaceutical companies take advantage of advertising loopholes that allow them to lie to you on the packaging and in their advertisements. They don't care about you at all. They just want your money, nothing else.
You have several hundred muscles in your leg, butt, hip, thigh and lower stomach area. The major problem is, not exercising these muscles correctly will make your trouble spots worse and more pronounced, while risking serious injury. However, the right exercises that use these muscles in harmony with each other can bring definite results without spending unrealistic amounts of time on ineffective exercises and risking long term set-backs. You don't need access to a gym because this type of approach doesn't require weights and machines.
A year ago I was an out of shape with my lower body was the worst, carrying an extra fat on my stomach. My thighs and butt are quite big. After joining a program which i accidentally found while surfing the web for my consultancy project, i have made the dramatic changes and i feel young, healthy and sexy again. Even my legs are much more slimmer then before. The point is, there's a much FASTER, BETTER and CHEAPER way to get fit and melt the body butter once and for all without gyms, weights or fancy shmancy expensive exercise equipment.

The guy is not thinking about your best interests. Really, he's a controlling, self-centred jerk. What has earned him the privilege to be so critical of a person he's supposed to care about?
You're not even in a full grown woman's body yet. By the time you're 23, a rather healthy weight for you would be anywhere from 122 lbs - 132 lbs. What is a guy like him gonna think then? And really, who cares? Seems like he doesn't think at all. It's natural for you to have more weight than a guy in those regions.
Is he attracted to little boys? Little boys have skinny legs and no hips. Tell him maybe he would look better if he lost the 12 lbs of empty mass on top of his neck.
A guy like that can make a gal consider dating people who have a few more lovely curves.

I'd say a great way to immediately get happier with your body AND lose weight.......
Get rid of the boyfriend. You'd lose about 140-160 depending on how much he weighs, LOL. Seriously, a size 4 ISN'T wide in the hips. If you want to tone your legs, try running, or my favorite, yoga and pilates. They're both wonderful.
But the key to the above mentioned program is to lose the boyfriend and get someone who appreciates your beauty.

There are many products and procedures advertised for reducing and eliminating cellulite, that horrible looking dimpled skin that shows up on the thighs, backsides, stomach or upper arms of 8 out of 10 women.
As I said there are a number of treatments that can eliminate the appearance of cellulite, but this is the most effective https://tr.im/ccK8d

First of all, ur boyfriend is a butt (exuse my language) for telling u that. If he really cared about u, he wouldn´t say things that he knows can really hurt a girl´s feelings. u are not too thin and not fat at all. Sounds like you have a pretty nice body. Maybee u should take a look at ur boyfriend and point out the things he should lose or add.

First of all, you're boyfriend is a jerk for saying anything about your size (which btw, is pretty small).
Secondly, your only 16.5 yrs old, so you're body is still growing. Who know's? You may be starting another growth spurt, and be 3 inches taller by the time your 18.
Just eat a healthy, balanced diet and get regular exercise. Your body will take care of the rest.

I'm not sure how size 4 can be considered wide in the hips, I think you should just lose the boyfriend. He obviously doesn't appreciate you for who you are or respect you as a person.

Tell your boyfriend that if his mouth wasn't so big he wouldn't sound so stupid!! Did you know that men are naturally attracted to girls with curvier hips becasue it shows they are able to bear children easier?? You are not big - including your hips. You really want Nicole Ritchie legs?? Yuk. If you don't feel good about them try some light resistance exercise to get some more shape. If you are doing this for your boyfriend then more fool you!!

I'm with the first person. Tell the boyfriend he'd be more attractive if his mind were less narrow. Dump the chump for somebody who understands and appreciates female figures. If the old BF prefers the boyish look, then that's where his eyes should stray.
