OK, FOR ABOUT A MONTH I HAD CHANGED MY DIET (I'VE CUT ALL JUNK FOOD COMPLETELY) AND AM ON A REDUCED CALORIE INTAKE.

FOR THE FIRST MONTH I LOST ABOUT 10 POUNDS. . .(WITHOUT EXERCISING) NOW, THIS PAST WEEK I HAVE BEEN EXERCISING AND HAVE GAINED ALMOST ALL 10 POUNDS BACK!

WHAT HAVE I DONE WRONG? MY FOOD INTAKE IS THE SAME. . .

I'M NOT SKINNY ENOUGH FOR THIS FAT TO TURN INTO MUSCLE (I HAVE TOO MUCH FAT TO LOSE)

HOWEVER, THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT MY BOWEL MOVEMENTS ARE NOT QUITE AS REGULAR AS PREVIOUS WEEKS. . .

ADVICE.. YOUR THOUGHTS? I'M REALLY DISCOUREGED

my guess is you are not eating enough to lose fat - so all you lost in the first month was water weight and muscle and slowed down metabolism. its healthy to lose 1-2lbs a week (then you know you are losing fat)
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Sounds like you've hit a weight plateau. Your body may have adjusted to the diet and exercise, so it burns less calories to do them. Increase your exercise regimen slightly, and you should be good to go.
