You can flush it from your system when you stop smoking Your body is always trying to get rid of the nicotine. When you stop for good then it will be out of your system, however any damage that was caused to your lung can not be repaired, You cannot grow back lung tissue. Your body will compensate to make up for the loss.

i wish i had your answer. i am trying to stop smoking and i would love to find a way to get it out of my system faster. good luck :)

ACTUALLY THAT ANSWER WAS WRONG AFTER ABOUT 15 YEARS YOUR LUNGS ARE AS GOOD AS NEW. ITS BEEN PROVEN.
