You need to clear your head
Try meditation - lying flat on your back put on some relaxing music and think of relaxing each part of your body
eyes, nose, eyebrows, cheeks etc until you get all the way to your toes.
Then just lie there for a while.
If that doesn't work then you need to get away from what ever is causing the stress

meditation or lesson to nature sound like on tapes. or ask for stree pills. stree hand be a good thing i lost 10 is week in 4 days with stress it how to handle the stress that can help you.

Exercise, sleep, dance, listen to loud music, go for a drive, take a bath, get away from everybody and everyone for a while.

Get some counselling, to work thru your problems, get lots of exercise and eat well. Try yoga, and meditation, good luck.
