Exercise is good for you--112 pounds is not a lot for a 15-yr-old, unless you are extremely short, and very small-boned.

I doubt that exercise will reduce your butt and thighs--but it may turn some fat into muscle.

At 112 pounds, you are not overweight, although you didn't say how tall you are. Depending on what you consider a big butt and thighs, I'm thinking you are just a nicely developed young lady. There's nothing attractive about having a flat butt and toothpick thighs, so consider yourself lucky! Wanna change places with me? My jeans and pants hang on me like a sack. I've been trying for years to gain weight in those areas, to no avail.

Sure, some people find that attractive - but at 112 pounds, I can't image yours are big at all - perhaps just bigger than your skinny friends' butts and thighs. (And you didn't give your height, so it's hard to tell anything.)

by employing doing squats and lunges, you're working on your muscle definition. this could help you to realize "a much bigger butt." although, once you start to construct muscle frequently, would not count the place on your physique, you will start to shed some pounds over the years. Muscle burns better than fat so in case you probably did no longer exchange something approximately your eating ordinary and you persevered to benefit lean muscle, you will shed some pounds over the years. although, squats and lunges are absolute musts for a healthy, muscular physique and that i does no longer recommend which you no longer do them so as which you wont lose any weight. in case you quite have confidence you do no longer choose for to lose any weight, enhance your energy to make amends for the extra interest. only be sure you soak up energy which will help gasoline your physique, and not junk nutrition.

Age doesn't make a difference it's the height and weight combo that are telling. You can be 15 and 112lbs but if you're 4 ft tall then it's going to make you look a lot more plump than if you're 5'9

I wish I weighed 112. I've overdone it in the big butt department. 14y/o-128lbs. For me, the rest of me is fine. The butt is evil. Hereditary sucks. Big butt for you depends, what you baiting for (wink, wink)? What kind of men are you trying to attract?

it depends on porportion. do you have a flat tummy? a small waist combined with a thick booty is soooo sexy! If not, work on doing some cardio so you have that nice hourglass.
