Owch! Try Caldesene powder. Not too sure of the spelling but it comes in a pink powder bottle with blue writing, white top. Find at CVS, Walgreens....It's nice scent, no chaffing and seems to try out the undercarriage.

To get rid of the rash, mix equal parts anti-fungal cream and cortisone cream and apply it under your breasts each day after you shower. Then, wash all of your bras in hot water and bleach the white ones. The rash should go away completely in just a few days. When it is gone, use baby powder under your breasts every day to help keep them dry, especially during the warmer months. You can also use foot spray for the same purpose. Hope this helps!

corn starch or baby powder will work & if you still have the rash right now why don't you try using some Neosporin "cream"(not the ointment) on the rash & you will be amazed how fast it goes away & how calm your rash will be once you apply it.
