I'm really suffering with depression. Tonight I have felt suicidal and text a friend. Why do people think it is a good thing to tell me that there are worse off people than me who survive?

Now I'm sorry but that makes me feel ten times worse. Guilty and angry and completly invalidated in my own feelings. I guess I just wanted to ask, what is the worst and best things people have said to you when you have looked to them for support in your depression?

My left leg from the toes, to just below the knee swells so bad
that it makes the muscle hurt. Also, the toes and ankle on the
right foot swell at the same time. Is this excess water or a vein
blockage. Does the pacemaker I got in 03 have any thing to do

I usually get them once I bite any part of my mouth/tongue and open a wound as result. they are so irritating and I have tried many OTC products that usually just numb the pain, not cure the problem. I don't mind the pain but I mind the healing process taking forever.

I have tried citalopram, prozac, and now lofepramine, and none of them seem to be working, i still feel depressed and constantly tearful.

Everyone always tells me I am really tall... so is it possible to just stop having growth spirts and like stay the same hight forever?!?!?!?!? Also I am asking this one for my neighbor who is super short like a foot shorter than me and the same age--- Is it possible to be really really short and then become a tall person like me?

I have only slept with one guy, and he had never been with anyone else. I KNOW THEY ALL SAY THAT. But he really really hadn't. He was clueless and prude and all that.
I have a new boyfriend, and a few days ago I gave him a bj and today he's complaining of a sore on his... area. He says it might just be a pimple, but it's freaking him out.
I can't even have herpes if the first guy had never been with anyone else, right?
It scares me a little because I am at higher risk for oral herpes, because I compulsively bite the inside of my mouth and always have open sores. But I have never experienced anything that sounds like a herpes outbreak. I know you don't have to have outbreaks to be a carrier, but I'm just saying... the sores I have aren't from herpes.
So, is it possible for me to have herpes? I guess maybe, but is it probable?

I was recently in a car accident on May 2. I broke my fibula (closer to my ankle) in four places and my tibia right down around my ankle. I recieved surgery the very next day and have about two or three metal plates with screws in them.

I got my staples out about 6 days ago and right after that I began to get this intense cramping/tighness pain in my calf. Its not even close to my problem area which contains the plates.

I went for a vascular test today and found out that I had no clots. Does this sound like muscle cramping? What should I do? What are signs or systems of cramping?

Anything to relieve the pain would be great.....and I cant move my leg, so exercising it wont help.

PLEASE HELP

2 weeks ago i had gum surgery. the dentist took a piece of tissue out and was sent to biopsy. Recently i found that there is a little bump but its soft unlike the piece of tissue taken out and the new bump is small. I accidently made it bleed but i noticed the blood only comes out of 1 tiny hole. almost as if poked with a needle. what is this bump? is it common after surgery? What should i do?

Ok.. well when I went to the bathroom yesterday, i noticed that there was a long string of dischrage. It wasn't ordinary dischrage, it was really sticky. It was almost like snot but stickier.. and this is't the first time this has happened, it has happened a few times before, but only when my period is about to start. I just had my period last week so I don;t think that's it. And I don't think it's a yeast infection either because there is no itching or anything.. anyone know what this could be?
