Sounds like it. The vomiting and diarreha are symptoms of food poisoning, probably salmonella. The breathing might be because of the dehydration since it is slight, but a doctor should examine him. The dehydration is caused by the Vomiting and Diarreha. Gatorade or other sports drinks are good for this because the have electrolytes in them and also have some caloric value since he cannot keep food down. Make him see a doctor right away.

It is most likely food poisoning. Depending on how bad the symptoms are you may need to take a trip to the E.R. The breathing thing is new to me, but everything else sounds like normal food poisoning. All he can really do if it isn't severe is take things like peptobismol or emetrol for the vomitting and diarreha. Lots of rest. And lots of water, gatorade, or if all else fails, get him that pedialyte stuff, the blue popcicles are really good!! lol I hope he feels better soon and I hope this helps a bit!!

It sounds like food poisoning--if the sandwich "tasted funny," chances are pretty good it was spoiled. There are several different types of food poisoning, and they will hit you at different intervals--botulism will take 2-4 hours, some as long as 2 days. Once he gets it out of his system, he will be weak and dehydrated. Keep him on clear liquids as much as you can (Gatorade is good, because it also has electrolytes). Once he starts feeling better, he can gradually go back to regular food. My mother got food poisoning just two weeks ago, and 5 days later she was still having trouble eating chicken noodle soup. It's definitely not the weight loss program I'd recommend.

either someone's out to get your boyfriend, or it could've just been old and had mold on it.
if it had meat, it could've been contaminated with bacteria.
