I really need to loose weight and get skinny how I used to be but i tried over and over and I get bored of all exercises.......
I kinda wanna wear bikinis again i just need to lose a lil bit so i dont look nasty like all them other girls with their fat out!!!!
HELP!

Burn more calories than you consume, but don't go below eating 1200 a day. If you crave sweets, eat berries instead. You may not reach your goal but you can get close--usually weight only drops that fast off of people that have been overweight and not done much activity. You can expect to lose 1-3 pounds a week--so if you're doing that don't be so hard on yourself. Appearance isn't everything and never forget that--keep a good attitude about your body because stress can actually hinder weight loss.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

This is how I did it: I ate fruits and vegetables and much less of everything else. I would walk 45 minutes on a daily basis (in a park, by the time I made a circle around the lake, it was already 45mns). I listen to music while walking so I do not get bored. (R.E.M's 'happy shiny people', if you were wondering :-))

I soon became a skinny tall handsome man. I used to have a chest like that of Pamela Anderson and a tummy shaped like a water melon.

I started doing the exercise after I met a lady in a bar who told me that she could see my tummy 3 minutes before the rest of my body while I was entering the bar.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

It's not considered safe to lose more than 2 lbs. a week, so you might want to stretch that timeframe.

Make sure food portions are suitable. Eat slowly. Exercise. Try to not take in too many calories.

Try to walk a mile every 2 days.Give up on soda chips and snacks.If you think your hungry after a meal drink lots of water to get the "full" feeling in your stomach

drink a half gallon of distill water important to loose weight . and also try American whey protein as shakes 2 times a day.

grilled chicken breast and white omelets are good no cheese.

no pastas and no fatty food.

fruits are a good snack to munch on.

but if you stick to this you will look good for the summer.

water, water, water.distill only

Easy.. Power walk every day 15 - 20 minutes.. Cut out all soda , and don't eat any pasta / bread / etc.. You'll be perfect.

Cut out all process food (Pasta, Bread, Cheese, etc). Basically if it was not grown or living at one point, do not eat it.

Eat nothing but fruits and veggies until you meet your goal. Don't starve yourself, but don't indulge either.
