I want to get a physical done but I don't know who to look for?

primary care, family doc, general practitioner, are all essentially the same thing. Any of them can run a routine physical.

Family doctor, or general MD. Internists are also good.

you can call the doctors office and tell them they will have it done and set up for an appointment
