I work out 30mins a day on the treadmill and i still can't lose a pound. What should I do? My weight is 200 and my height is 5 foot 3 inches. Help Me

I'm on a PCT cycle and will be taking HCG, clomid and nolvadex. How long should I take? Should I take the clomid, nolva and HCG at the same time, or after I use one?

this is really difficult for me. well i am 13 yrs old and i am scared i could be a lesbian. ive always found men attractive but recently when a woman is on tv in only her bra or something i get weird feelings in my vagina. ive even tried looking at mens bits in porn but i dont get the same feelings. in fact i hardly feel anything. but the weird thing is i dont WANT to be a lesbian because i want to have kids and i cant ever see my self going out with a girl. is this weird?
could i possibly be a lesbian?

I have been diabetic for 10 yrs and have always eaten regular food. None of that diet coke or sugar free foods and whenever I have gotten lab results they have turn out normal. I just make sure to maintain my blood levels normal by working out and not over eating. I inject insulin so I got the worst kind. Is there something I am missing? Am I still damaging myself but it just doesn't show on the results? I also occasionally smoke po# which I know is wrong. But is it safer than regular smoking and drinking beer? Beer I also hear is good for the body if not doing it a lot? Any good facts and comments out there would be appreciated. Thanks

my boyfriend broke my heart he dumped me and wasnt even willing to tell me himself.that night he calls back apolagizing and telling me he wants me back i am so upset that he broke up with me at all i refuse then the next morning he says offer is still open i still say no then that night i change mey mind but he wont take me back he claims he still has feelings for me and that he does want me but that is not what everyone else is saying . now he will not even call me or speak to me and avoids me when ever possible. but the thing is he still has my heart and i dont want to get over him and dont want to give it to anyone else but he claims i ignored him and would never even let him touch me but this was only based on a one week period and a few other periodes before but it was due to me being in that time of tha month and i dindnt want him to touch me or anyone else for that matter and i was not ignoreing him i had to go 2 tha bathroom several times and i want him back but he wont listen

both of my wrists keep playing up and it has been for a year or more more now and i never thought of anythin of it till i got pregnant but its when i move it usually it clicks all the time and then starts gettin sore then i have 2 put a bandage on usually i wear a support grip for my wrist because bandages get lost in our house but yea do u think i should get it seen 2 by a doctor or something

Veggies & fruits have tons of vitamins A&C, but when you look at the labels for 100% juices or baby foods that are only pureed veggies or fruits with no other ingredients, they have NO vitamin content. Is this because pasteurization or sterilization destroys them? I know that vitamins (but not minerals) are very unstable compounds that are easily destroyed by light, heat, oxidation, probably even too much noise ;-)

Husband has had terrible pain in abdomen, went to ER, had an MRI diagnosed with kidney stones. Dr. said looks like 2 cm stones should be able to get rid of them. Gave him pain Rx. One week later, still pain and blood in urine. (He's been drinking more water.) Help.

My hand has gone numb since my 6st son accidentally stepped on my relaxed hand. My fine motor skills have, now almost completely gone. I can normally touch type, but now I don't know where my fingers are going. I am completely stressing over it because I was looking for a job in the IT sector due to graduating with a business IT degree.

I don't think it is CTS (median nerve) due to the fact that my pinky and ring fingers are just as numb as my thumb and index finger. My doc won't refer me to the hospital until it has been a month; it has currently been 15 days since the first tingling sensation. The numb feeling has also spread all the way up my arm down to the waist on the left side of my body.

Please don't tell me to go to the doctors because they are quite useless! My doctor did check my blood pressure and my reflexes concluding it was not my blood pressure or a stroke. He said that my nerves have gone weak, and to go back and see him in 2 wks if symptoms persist.

When I got home from school today, my brother was like "Your friend (who also does drugs) and a person from my class saw you smoking dope at school" Which was infact true, I denied most of it saying that ive only tried it at school but I dont know what the big f---ing deal is?! Wait 'til he tries it then i'll know he'll love it (knowing that he gets wasted all the time) and he's been asking me why is my window always open? Thats usually where I smoke my cigarettes at night and I told him that I just open it for fresh air..he looked at my strangely and said "..Okay." Should I be worried in this situation or not?

I have been diagnosed with BPD but i dont agree with the mental health worker. After reading everything i can find out about it i agree i do have a few signs of this disorder but i disagree with alot of what im "meant" to be like.
Im 30, was abused as a child and didnt deal eith it..now its come back to bite me hard. Suffer severe panic attacks( at times), severe depression( at times) mood swings, flashbacks, flashes of anger but am not suicidal, nor do i self harm, there are just so many symptoms of so many "disorders" that i fit a few of.
I need to see a private psych..then attend support group in August..but i cant afford to see a psych so therefore cant get into the group and have not been given any medication to help at all.
Sometimes i have a great week, others i cant leave the house..can barely take my kids to school( yes i manage) and i dont have alot of support to turn to. Should i get a 2nd opinion?

i have been fitted with a merina coil since october, had the usual bleeding and cramps for about the first 5-6 months, but it has settled now and i only get occasional very light spotting.

the thing is, the fast couple of weeks my emotions have gone completely mad. and i mean, really mad. i get really exstaticly happy, then all of a sudden i will be in tears over nothing. i can't help it though, its like a wave of emotion comes over me. i get mad at stupid stuff too, but then once the 'wave' has gone i feel this sense of relief, and i see what an idiot i was being.

the other day i started to cry because i found something intensly funny.

also in the past few days my areolas have grown significantly and dakened.

but surely i cant be pregnant with the coil?

anyone have any idea what is wrong with me?
