OK OK I'll tell you simple exercises to get rid of it but remember: everything must be accompanied by a healthy diet. Reduce the amount of fat, processed sugar and artificial flavors you eat on a daily basis. The exercises alone will not reduce your male breast. First, have someone measure your male breast and write down this fifure. I recommend to lift up above your head something weighing 5 k ten times (important: do 3 sets of each lifting) and rest. Prepare your salad etc. On the following day, increase the weight to 8 kilos. Also 3 sets of 10 exercises each. Then, on the next day, increase the weight to 10 K and so on until you lift something weighing 20 K. Keep there with discipline for one month and measure your breast. Do not forget to set a goal and stick to it with persistence.

You don't say how old you are but it is not unusual for young men to develop slight breasts when they are entering puberty. If you are overweight, losing some pounds will help take the extra fat away. There is not an exercise to remove breasts only ones to strengthen the muscles under the breasts.

I would highly suggest to do cardie and chest exercises for a long time. Don't cheat, eat healthy and work out at least every other day. They should go away. If not then you might have that 'male breast" condition that I've seen on TV. which has to do with your hormones. in that case you should go to a doctor and have it surgically removed.

It's actual breast tissue. Exercise will not help unless you're just overweight. You can get it removed by a plastic surgeon, it's called gynecomastia. It's very common, most insurance covers the procedure. The wrestler/actor "The Rock" had it done.

breast tissue in males, as in females is determined by genetic structure. There is no exercise that will get rid of them, it takes surgery.

try starting with diet and excercise. you're going to want to do some weight training as well beucase muscle burns fat more efficiently. you cant target where you lose fat so you can just lose your breasts
