Man i had the same problem as you , is your life over due to a girl you like, One way that will help you cut some weight off is don't stress over it. Stress is one of the biggest weight gainers out there that and your g/f being pregneant. 4 months ago i weighed 165 now im up to 200. Its just now starting summer so there is another plus for you that your going to lose weight. Almost everybody gains weight during winter. Still eat on a normal basis try to watch calories and carbs though (don't cut em out completley just ease back on them) If you go without eating and try to lose weight, your body will store fat and the next time you start eating agian the weight will start to show. Cut back on cokes and drink alot of water. And exercise a few times a week for a couple of hours. Thats everything i can think of right off the bat.

Just start to eat right three healthy meals a day and if you need a snack in between make sure its like carrots or apples. Exercise regularly get active in a summer sport or run or jog or you could go somewhere nice and walk for an hour everyday. I found the treadmill and walking outside when its nice done it for me i lost 200 pounds in under 2 years. Just stick with a healthy diet do not eat alot of pasta or bread no junk food and exercise and you will be fine. Good luck hon

why is your life over? calm down, and think about what you are asking. Now, can it be done? Maybe, but it will take time and hard work, weight management, a good diet, and a lot of exercise.

You didn't mention how tall you are, what your build is, or if your family is genetically small and stout. If so, you may never be 6 foot something and built like Ah-nold. It's okay.

Furthermore, all your effort maybe wasted when puberty hits and your body starts changing because of the hormones as well as increased muscle, which weights more than fat does. Good luck!

1) drink lots of water - at least 32 oz a day, spread out
2) avoid sugar, especially sodas
3) eat smaller portions for breakfast, lunch & dinner
4) make lunch your biggest meal
5) don't eat anything within 3 hours of bedtime
6) if you eat carbs (breads, pasta, etc) make it whole grain. It will give you more fiber, metabolize more slowly & covert less into sugar than white flour products.
7) if you snack in between meals, make it a piece of fresh fruit
8) do some form of exercise every day, even if it's just walkin to and from school.
9) don't expect to lose more than 1-3 lbs a week, losing it much more quickly can be dangerous.

Just follow these guidelines and build them into a routine so they become habit, and losing the weight will be easy by late Summer.

Make a meal plan for each day of the week, that means you will need 7 sheets of paper for Monday-Sunday. Write down what you will eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks for each of those days. Make the meals healthy and low in fat, but foods that you like because otherwise you won't stick to it. When you wake up, then you will already know what you will be eating for breakfast, lunch and dinner and also what you will be eating the next day. Stick to your written plan and it will take all temptation away. It will be cheaper than eating out, because you can buy all your groceries ahead of time. Make some meals and freeze them, because there will be a lot of days you won't feel like cooking.
Make an excercise plan for six days of the week, which will be lots and lots of walking.
Read the labels on food and pick foods that have the lowest grams of fat in them. Don't eat out or drink Coke.

You're freakin 12. Your life is NOT over due to being 150#s. Gimme a break.

Walk a mile in a grown-ups' shoes and then whine about your minor weight issue. My son is 11 and 110#s. Tall and skinny.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I want i might desire to discover the lyrics I used to sing alongside to approximately Bonnie and Clyde, yet regrettably no longer yet. right here is Merle Haggard's 'cuz i'm helpful you're up on the main present: Bonnie replaced right into a waitress in a small cafe Clyde Barrow replaced into the rounder that took her away They the two robbed and killed till the two considered one of them died So is going the Legend of Bonnie and Clyde. The poems that she wrote of the life that they led informed of the lawmen left death or ineffective some say that Clyde made her life a shame however the legend made Bonnie the pinnacle of the sport. The rampage grew wilder with each and every passing day the percentages transforming into smaller with each and every get-a-way With the top transforming into nearer the extra stable they fought With blood on their palms they have been certain to get caught. They drove lower back from city on one incredible summer season day while a guy they befriended stepped out in the way with out considered dyin' they pulled to the edge yet death lay there waiting for Bonnie and Clyde. 2 years or runnin' replaced into ended that day For robbin' and killin' they the two had to pay yet we are going to continuously remember how they lived and died So is going the Legend of Bonnie and Clyde.
