vomiting is a sympton of a problem.. not the problem itself.
You need to determine what the underlying problem is. It could be something you ate, drank, smoked or took. It could be a virus that you got from someone else. It could be the flue. There are numerous things that can cause this. I suggest you try the over the counter upset stomach medicines like PeptoBismal first. Try to drink clear fluids (water, sprite, gatorade, etc) as you need to replace the fluids and electrolyghts.
If your vomiting continues you should see a doctor.
Good luck and I hope you feel better.

Drink lots and lots of water, but don't force yourself if you already feel full. If you continue to throw up tomorrow, go to the hospital, or get an emergency Dr's appoinment, as you may require antibiotics. Have soemone check if you have a temperature at regular intervals. You can't do this yourself :P
Try and eat some bread and butter or dry toast if you feel up to it. We've all been there, so grit your teeth. Hope you feel better soon.

Try drinking Alka-Seltzer. If that's not an option, strong sweet tea (no milk, but a slice of lemon), lemons by themselves and dry toast, all of which alleviate nausea. Then try going to sleep. If this isn't over in the next 12 hours, see a doctor; it may be food poisoning.

Foods that contain pectin will settle your stomach. Slice an apple and let it go brown before you eat it. The brown color is the natural pectin in the fruit.
Crackers with jelly also works as pectin is an ingredient in jelly.
