Probably smoking, but not by much. Smoking exposes you to mouth, throat and lung cancer, in addition to other heart and lung problems.

Chewing removes the lung cancer risk but greatly increases the mouth and throat cancer risk.

In the end both are terrible for you.

Both you get cancer both ways and it's hard to say which has more or a faster impact. Mouth & throat cancer is the effects of dip not dismissing others such as lung's. Cigarettes they have commercials and warnings posted it's up to you and your will power.

I think they are equally bad. The question should be do you want lung cancer or cancer in your jaw? (I know someone that had cancer in their mouth and had their bottom jaw removed from chew)
