My thighs are 13 inches and i'd like to get them to be about 12 or 11.
Are there any exrecises or anything that can help?

At 14, you shouldn't be so concerned about it. Your body is what it is right now and you're probably going through puberty and can't do much to change your thighs at this particular point. What you can do is make sure you eat right, drink enough water, and exercise or participate in a sport (year round if possible). All of your work will pay off in the long run!

Simply burning more calories than you eat will really help a person slim down if they need to. Exercise is very important, but when you exercise you can't just lose inches in just one area. Your body slims everywhere at about the same rate.
