2 weeks ago i had gum surgery. the dentist took a piece of tissue out and was sent to biopsy. Recently i found that there is a little bump but its soft unlike the piece of tissue taken out and the new bump is small. I accidently made it bleed but i noticed the blood only comes out of 1 tiny hole. almost as if poked with a needle. what is this bump? is it common after surgery? What should i do?

p.s. i have a dentist appointment so if u could plz give me some questions to ask that will be great

it is probably healing, leave it alone and it will hopefully disppear in a few more days, otherwise ask the dentist to see what it looks like, see the dentist right away if the bleeding persists or worsens, good luck
