Okay, so I'm 115-120 pounds, 15 years old and a little under 5 foot. So, I'm a little bit over weight. I want to lose about 15-20 pounds (in a healthy way), but I'm a little confused about something.
You need to burn 7000 calories to lose 2 pounds a week, but if I eat 1200 calories a day that ends up being 8400 calories I've eaten a week. Do I need to burn more than 8400 calories, or is that 1400 calories supposed to be there? See, I'm probably confusing you, lol. If I make no sense, sorry.

P.S. by the way, I was hoping to lose 10-15 pounds by July 1st. Losing 10 pounds by July 1st is healthy if I start tomorrow (May 22nd), right?
