is there any good way to calm down if youre pmsing really bad? i feel like i want to kill everyone and have this deep anger and hatred only when my period comes along. its like im aware that im not rational anymore..but cant stop the feeling. when i was younger i never got like this, barely had any symptoms.. does it get worse with age? is there any natural remedy? any food i can take, excercises, etc? what do you other ladies do to help this?? this cant keep on happening every month.. thanks!!

I get nose bleeds ALOT, like a few a week. then it will stop for a few weeks, then ill get them a few a week again and so on... they bleed VERY SUDDENLY and ALOT OF BLOOD DRAINS... not just drips, but DRAINS for about a 5 min period of time. Sometimes i get a headache, i thought it might by blood pressure problems, but my blood pressure is always ok which does kinda surprise me. Im a male and over weight and 22, if that might help.

I am sexually active and I got my period when I normally should but usually my periods are really heavy last about 6 days and I have to use a pad and tampon but this period was only 3-4 days with really light bleed i could use a panty liner...but bleeding none the less.
They say when there is implantation bleeding it is really light...now I have constant cramps and my nipples are starting to get really soar...could I be pregnant or is something wrong?

It is estimated that some 25% of women who get their tubes tied then want to get a tubal reversal.

The cost to have my tubes ties was supposed to be $80.00 total. There were complications, I had to stay overnight in the hospital so the bill wound up being around $800.00.

The average cost of tubal ligation REVERSAL is around $7,500.00.

Same risks. Same tests performed. Same surgical methods. Does that seem fair to everyone?

Ok, so i STUPIDLY had unprotected sex with someone who later told me she had HPV and was treated to remove some pre-cancer cells from her cervix. I am fine so far, its been a few months. I am with a new girl now and was wondering if because the other girl had pre-cancer cells, does that mean i am a carrier of a strain of HPV that definately causes cancer and will cause cancer in my new gf if she gets it, or is it different in every female? lil help?

My friend was at Joshua Tree over the weekend and came back w/ a developed purple spatter looking rash above his socks. Also both of his ancles are swollen. He also is complaining of pain (not a burning) when his skin is touched or pulled. I looked at it, and it looks like he stomped on grapes in his socks, because the rash level is abrupt at the edge.

I sit next to this guy at work who is 25 years older than me, smokes, has asthma, is 50 IBS overweight. In fact, he is in such poor health he will be lucky to make it through the fiscal year. Yet we still pay the same amount each month for employer covered health care.

I think the reason that health care is so expensive is that the people making bad decisions (i.e. the fat guy that sits next to me) don't have have to pay for their bad decisions. Wouldn't universal healthcare just be this on a massive scale? Also, the really poor people get medicaid and don't pay their bills anyway, so what is the difference?

My daughter is nearly a year, and my weight has pretty much returned to normal. But I still have loose tummy and side muscles which is not attractive (ok, love handles are improving...), but find sit-ups difficult as they aggravate an old neck injury. Any suggestions for other exercises that might help?

My grandfather is stubored and will not giveup driveing! He has high blood pressure, and his doctor wants him to stop driving. Of corse he won't and he thinks the doctor is crazy for saying that. Anyway, someone said that there is a key that will check his blood pressure, and it will not alow the car to crank if it is to high. Anyone heard of that? Or is anyone has a sugestion. If so please tell me before he or someone gets hurt or killed. We tried to take the keys away but he kind of gets mean and depressed!:)

Two days ago I was bitten on the Adams apple by, what I believe was, a zombie mosquito.

I'm not sure if Anopheline zombification is transferrable transgenetically, but ever since then I've exhibited some classic symptoms of zombification; however, I still like to go onto Y! Answers, I still eat peanut butter & jelly, and I do not eat much meat, let alone human flesh.

Based on this picture (taken 3 days after bite from a anopheles zombificus [zombie mosquito]), can you tell me if I am becoming a full zombie? (Note the necrosis around the area of the bite, as well as around some minor scratches on lip & forehead).

can someone please help me, ive been dieting and eating about 700-800 cals MAX a day, im starving basically. you guys always say to lose weight you have to BURN off more cals then you eat, but then also say that if you eat below 1,200 cals your body goes into starvation mode and you gain weight. so does that mean to lose weight i have to BURN more then 1,200 cals a DAY?? i run 5 miles on the treadmill 3x a week 5 miles = 650 cals? so i have to run about 10 miles a day just to lose weight? someoene please help me with an answer

I went to e.r. for what I thought was bad back pain, tests were run and sugar was 600. I had no idea I was diabetic. Other tests were run and my hemoglobin test was 15. My Dr. said he has never seen this in his career, which of course meant nothing to me. It still doesn't. I spent one day in i.c.u. and four days in step down for this.My back pain was a bad gall bladder..This all happened April 12th.I am doing pretty well controlling things by diet and start classes in the next two weeks. My liver enzymes were high also, so they took a liver biopsy when they did gall bladder surgery. I don't have those #s.

At work I cook on the grill and use the fry-alator. The grease is constantly spitting. My wrists have become very red and dry (sting like they are burned), especially the dominant one I hold the spatula with.

Does anyone know how I can protect my wrists? Oven mitts are impractical. Does anyone know how to soothe the pain?
