The cause of aman's inability to bear offspring lies on what and if an infertile man can ejaculate nicely?Can this person be able to release normally and is he able to have as many ejaculation as possible?Can this person sustain astrong and powerful erection and if this condition affects the penis size?

Even with perfect erection and enough fluid in ejaculation a man may not be able to make a woman pregnant.Sexual activity may be excellant.What is important is sperm count and moblity and quality of sperms.Low sperm count,no sperms,low mobility of sperms are the reasons.The reasons may be block of sperm ducts,testicles,lack of vitamins,hormones and in some cases psychological.If a man and woman lives together say one year and engage in normal sex and no pregnancy occurs there is some problem.You have to go to an infertlity clinic and take their advice.
Fertlity and Capacity to satisfy women are different.

I think your sexual knowledge is very much restricted.

Penis size has nothing to do with erections. It is always the same.

There is no nice ejaculation anywhere. All people ejaculate narmally.

90 % of the sexual problems are psychalogical and not physical.

the dr wanted me to save sperm before i was treated because it can cause sterility but now i have a wonderful 3yo to prove that it doesn't always mean that you will be sterile
