uhm recently i have been having sharp dull pains in my ankles my lower back and sometimes my middle finger on my left hand and my nose has been bleeding and i dont know whats wrong with me and its really starting to scare me and someties ill get dizzy....can u please help me?

I would go to a doctor.
Some of it may be connected.
Bloody noses can happen if you live in a dryer climate. You might need a humidifier for that.

Honey, you need to see a Doctor, this sounds like it may be serious, now I am not a Doctor but I just feel that you have a problem and the only way to get any relief would be to do the smart thing and see A professional, I am not trying to scare you but to be on the safe side, who knows it may not be anything but isn't it better to know than not to know. This does not sound like anything to play around with.
You need to go see a doctor, or go to the emergency room.
This could be serious.
I don't like the sounds of the bloody nose.

you really need to see a doctor.
ankle & lower back pain could be from arthritis.
nose bleeds and dizzyness can result from high blood pressure.
please go to see a doctor.

If you are taking aspirin for your pain it can lead to nose bleeds
