You don't need to spend money to lose weight. Actually you will save money. Pack your own lunch every day. This will save you a lot of money and keep you away from high calorie meals. Now for the losing weight part. You need to reduce your caloric intake by 250 calories and add about 250 calories in exercise per day. Check the webiste source below for more information on that. Especially the calorie calculators.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Running or walking is the easiest, most efficient, and cheapest way to get fit. All you need is a sturdy, cushioned, supportive pair of walking or running specific shoes. Run or walk every other day for 30 mins and gradually increase the time/frequency. If you do this in conjunction with reducing portion sizes and increasing fruit and veggie intake, you WILL lose weight and feel MUCH healthier. It won't happen overnight and you shouldn't expect it to, but you will see results. Good luck!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I just lost 35 lbs on a low carb diet and still going. No bread, no potatoes, no corn, no rice, no starches, no sugar, no cereal with the exception of one small bowl of multigrain honey nut chex with skim milk for breakfast. Eat meat, eggs, low fat cheese, vegetables and a few nuts. After two weeks a little fruit. Also after two weeks we added lean cuisine or other healthy frozen meals. It works. Walk or ride a bike if you really want to lose wieght. It works and works well if you follow it. My wife has lost 14 lbs and she has one Dr. Pepper every day. We aslo allow ourselves one meal per week with anything in moderation.

Cut down your portions and eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. Eat a high protein snack between meals. For a workout try putting on your favorite dance music and dance for exercise or go bowling or rollerskating/blading. Try riding your bike for exercise.

Cut your calories to about 1200 a day. Don't eat 3 hours before bed. Start a cardio/weigt training routine. It takes disipline, and self control. You can do it!

Set a side some time in the mornings or evenings to jog or walk. It will help you get your mind off things as well. Or you can use cheap drugs
