My mother in law and my husband's cousin's made a bet on whoever loses the most weight by that date. I need help, I need tips on how to do it. I am 22, a mother of 2 and I weigh 149lbs. The only problem is that I have hyperthyroidism and I have been the same weight for almost 9 months now, but I need to loose big time! I hate my hubby's cousins, I want to win so bad!!! I have a big booty and big thighs, and my stomach is flat, but when I sit down I have rolls. I need simple lunches to eat, simple excercise and a diet pill that works with my thyroid prob. Plez HELP!!!!!

Okay, so what you need to do is eat small meals, but more of them. Eat around 4-6 small meals a day (about 200-300 calories each meal). If 200-300 calories doesn't really fill you up, drink a glass of water with your meals. I know people say to drink 8 ounces of water a day, but if you don't want to go to the bathroom every couple minutes, I'd advise you to just drink half of a glass each meal. If you don't like drinking normal water (like me) add a slice of lemon to it (lemon helps you lose weight, I don't know why, but it does), or buy flavoured water. It's a great trick.

If you have little time to do it in the day, it's fine because it's a quick, effective workout.

A good diet pill would be Cylaris. (I think that's how you spell it..). You can find it in Walmart and all you need to do is take it once each morning before your breakfast.

Over the last 2 years I have tried numerous over the counter diet pills/fat burners with NO results!!!

About one month ago I heard about phentermine from someone who lost about 25 pounds in 2 months using phentermine 37.5 mg. Her cousin lost about 50 pounds in 3 months using it. Naturally I was interested in phentermine 37.5 mg and began to do some research on it. After my research I decided to give it a try.

Phentermine 37.5 mg works GREAT!!!!! So far in 3 weeks I have lost 18 pounds!!!!!

I ordered my phentermine (37.5 mg) from a website called US-Pills.com and received my order in 6 days. They do have express shipping if you want to receive your order sooner. I paid $199.00 for 90 pills, which is a 3 month supply. I know that sounds expensive, but I checked NUMEROUS web sites and this site seemed to have the best prices and also seemed to be a legit site. If you can get a prescription from your doctor it would be a lot cheaper. Unfortunately, my doctor refused to provide me a prescription because she said I was not obese and she only will prescribe phentermine to obese patients.

Since I've been taking my phentermine (37.5 mg) I've had great results. I feel like I'm melting. My closes are fitting loser and when I look at myself in the mirror after I get out of the shower I look and feel smaller.

I take 1 pill per day as soon as I get up in the morning. About 30 minutes later I go to the gym. I feel so energized and have the best workouts then I have had in a long time. I am able to work out longer and harder. I eat my breakfast when I get home from the gym. I'm not hungry all day and have no cravings for sweets or bad foods like I normally would before I started using phentermine. Because I no longer have the bad cravings I eat healthy small meals throughout the day. Since I'm not hungry anymore, I'm probably consuming about 800-1000 calories per day.

Phentermines is GREAT but, you should not use phentermine if you have or have ever had heart disease, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries), hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid gland), diabetes, glaucoma, or a history of drug abuse. As with any medication/drug it's always best to consult your doctor.

It's true that I've lost 18 pounds so far using phentermine 37.5mg and I'm sure I'll accomplish my goal if I continue to use it. But, I also truly believe that my working out, eating healthy and drinking lots of water has a lot to do with the weight loss results. I don't think I would get these results with the phentermine alone.

If you lose weight with phentermine or any other weight loss aide(s) or diet(s) and fail to exercise and eat healthy regularly you will gain the weight back and probably more!!!!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I went to cambodia and thailand last summer for a vacation and I lost 15lbs just from walking everyday and going hiking for a month. The only thing I ate there are fruits and sandwiches because I am not used to their food. Make sure to only drink water and juices and no soda.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

the lunch you caan eat can be salad with tomatoes lettuce radish broccoli baby carrots fresh not in a can .and exercise eaither go to balley fitness center or jog early in the morning like 5:00 a.m that's when me and my friend go jogging and stretch and bike ride and if you can jump rope but i am really sorry i don't know about the diet pill oh and drink plenty if water.
