you can get rid of any cravings in 3 days.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Hi: If you want to lose 80 pounds you can do it. You just have to have the determination and conviction to want it badly. It took a car accident (in September of last year)and no health insurance for me to do something about the chronic pain I've been suffering with. Today I have lost 90 pounds since October of last year. I am currently 140 pounds and my target weight is between 130 to 135 pounds. I am in my early 50's and have been going hiking every saturday towards the HOLLYWOOD sign (I live in the L.A. area). I also started jogging down the mountain which to me was something I always wanted to do when I would see those younger then me jogging or running. It is so awesome to be up in the mountains. I've come across deers, coyotes, hawks, etc...and have come to respect their habitat. But because of the recent fire up there in the Griffith Park mountains the park is currently closed to hikers (I miss it alot) so I walk to Hollywood which takes about 3 hours in regular pace. I also watch what I consume as that plays an important role too. I work out at home as well. My son who is 21 has been my biggest supporter and help in time of need for advice(s). Although he is a Vegan and has a body like a weight lifter he is my inspiration. I on the other hand have not changed my diet, just lessened it alot. But I must say, it took alot of praying and belieiving that I can do what I wanted to do and I am still doing it and hopefully I will do it forever. So I give thanks to God for giving me strength when I was weak; courage to persevere when I wanted to give up and wisdom to know that I can make a difference with my life. So who ever you are, you can do it. If it's only in thought for now keep it alive then one day those thoughts will become reality. By the way, my favorite fast food was popcorn drenched with butter. Now I cringe at the thought cause my poor heart was taking a beating. So "Happy Dieting"!!!!!

Watch the movie Super Size Me and you may just be grossed out by it. Even though I haven't seen it, I've heard how disgusting it is.
