the majority of the diet pills do work but they are not utilized properly.
if you clean up your diet, increase the level of daily activity and achieve measurable fat loss then add in the diet aid/fat burner to expedite the process. most people make little to no changes and wonder why the supplement does not work as advertised. I'm not quite sure what happened to common sense in this country

I am sorry, I don't know about diet pills that work, or don't work, I do like herbs and there are definately weight loss boosters. To get the best from any weight loss plan I detox first, try Anne Louise Gittlemans Fat Flush Plan, honestly, even if you only do the first two weeks you will love life for it! She has some pills that are a combination of herbs that work to help the body get nutrients and to remove water weight etc.
No pill is going to magically poof lbs be gone. Too bad for us huh. Unfortunately diet and excersize and stress relief plan is all I can say works best.
I wanted to answer the question though, advertisements are all overflowing with bs. Even if some diet pill "magically" worked, think about side effects. And then they market anything bad to kids using whatever means available, to where if you marketed brussle sprouts instead of over processed foods for spiderman fans we'd have a national shortage in a week, lol.
Why are you trying to lose, if it is for energy, bloating, moodiness and depression, health, to be active, etc. I have researched all the two week plan from above extensively before I even tried it. I haven't looked into anything else again b/c this gave me a boost to lose 30 lbs in three weeks, and I was stuck. Kept it off, got more energy, developed a taste for more healthy options, pms symptoms gone, depression gone, chloresterol and triglicerydes down!
If you do try anything, research the ingrediens and the company. Go for quality, not cost, and if the company is shady, then watch out. Even aspertame was FDA OK and look at what that can and has done to people! And don't turn away from something because it didn't work for someone else remember our bodies are all different, and womens are even more harder to tune in to. Trial and error, but check the ingredients and the quality of them.
Some things that help are HOODIA (watch out, it is highly marketed); STEVIA ( no calorie herb helps digestion and is a great natural sweetener and not altered like Splenda) DANDILION ROOT ( liver function); GARLIC, CAYENNE, GINGER, CINAMMON (thermogenic spices, there are more, about seven I think) Much more, good luck.

I have worked in the industry and for the most part its BS. Some supplements can be used as aides to help along with a good nutrition and exercise routine. Apex typically makes good products, becareful what they sell you at nutrition stores. Most supplements are either stimulants, which will give you a small increase in metabolic rate or they are appetite suppressants, in that they release a satiety chemical so you think you don't need anymore. As always I suggest finding a fitness professional you trust, know that we all work on commission so find one that still has some morals and will try to match up product benefits with what you need.

Yes it's total BS!!! Over the last 2 years I have tried numerous over the counter diet pills/fat burners with NO results!!!
About one month ago I heard about phentermine from someone who lost about 25 pounds in 2 months using phentermine 37.5 mg. Her cousin lost about 50 pounds in 3 months using it. Naturally I was interested in phentermine 37.5 mg and began to do some research on it. After my research I decided to give it a try.
Phentermine 37.5 mg works GREAT!!!!! So far in 3 weeks I have lost 18 pounds!!!!!
I ordered my phentermine (37.5 mg) from a website called US-Pills.com and received my order in 6 days. They do have express shipping if you want to receive your order sooner. I paid $199.00 for 90 pills, which is a 3 month supply. I know that sounds expensive, but I checked NUMEROUS web sites and this site seemed to have the best prices and also seemed to be a legit site. If you can get a prescription from your doctor it would be a lot cheaper. Unfortunately, my doctor refused to provide me a prescription because she said I was not obese and she only will prescribe phentermine to obese patients.
Since I've been taking my phentermine (37.5 mg) I've had great results. I feel like I'm melting. My closes are fitting loser and when I look at myself in the mirror after I get out of the shower I look and feel smaller.
I take 1 pill per day as soon as I get up in the morning. About 30 minutes later I go to the gym. I feel so energized and have the best workouts then I have had in a long time. I am able to work out longer and harder. I eat my breakfast when I get home from the gym. I'm not hungry all day and have no cravings for sweets or bad foods like I normally would before I started using phentermine. Because I no longer have the bad cravings I eat healthy small meals throughout the day. Since I'm not hungry anymore, I'm probably consuming about 800-1000 calories per day.
Phentermines is GREAT but, you should not use phentermine if you have or have ever had heart disease, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries), hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid gland), diabetes, glaucoma, or a history of drug abuse. As with any medication/drug it's always best to consult your doctor.
It's true that I've lost 18 pounds so far using phentermine 37.5mg and I'm sure I'll accomplish my goal if I continue to use it. But, I also truly believe that my working out, eating healthy and drinking lots of water has a lot to do with the weight loss results. I don't think I would get these results with the phentermine alone.
If you lose weight with phentermine or any other weight loss aide(s) or diet(s) and fail to exercise and eat healthy regularly you will gain the weight back and probably more!!!!!
Hope this was helpful and good luck in your weight loss success!!!!!
