it's a starvation diet that lacks just about all essential nutrients

no it does not work at reducing body fat. weight lost on that diet will consist of water weight and muscle.

following fad diets will slow down the metabolism and basically set you back in terms of your fitness goals. they are a complete waste of time with no positive scientific study behind them

The lemonade diet is also known as the Master Cleanser Diet. Originally it was created and published by Mr. Stanley Burrough through his book in 1976.

It worked well for me. I lost 10 pounds on this diet and I did not feel any significant hunger or weakness either.

There are 3 parts of this lemonade diet. Lemonade, laxative tea and salt water drink

The lemonade diet recipe detail is here:
• 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon.
• 2 tablespoons of grade B Maple Syrup.
• Add cayenne pepper according to your preference
• A glass of pure water.

Laxative tea should be drink every morning and the salt water drink should not be consumed although it's supposed to be consumed.

I found bad things about the salt water, and even though I didn't drink it, I still lost considerable amount.

Avoid the salt water flush (SWF) where you are supposed to drink salt water which will then come out a half hour later where solid waste comes out. This is very unhealthy for you.
The reason that it passes right through you, without you digesting it, is because it is toxic for you to digest it. This is why many complain that it tastes terrible and makes them feel sick and want to vomit
