Anything is possible, but a cyst is a sac of fluid, and a hard lump is more suspicious for cancer. Not as worrisome, but should most likely be evaluated and treated as necessary - it could be an infection, for example, and an infection can also be life-threatening if it's ignored. Best luck.

Possible, not likely.

Lots of lumps are benign.

But you should see your doctor right away and have it checked out.

BTW, if it IS Breast Cancer and you catch it early, survival rates are now up to 84%.

Breat cancer CAN be beaten.

Best to have it checked ASAP. Some cysts are benign but there are those that could prove malignant.

a low percentage =have the Dr check it out=get a mammogram too
