I've read that you should cut out all soda from your diet, but what about diet soda? There's no fat, no calories. does diet soda somehow make losing weight more difficult anyway?

morning after pill 2 times already this month. Last night the condom broke again on us. i am going to get another pill today at the pharmacy. my question is, can taking the pill 3 times in 1 month affect me? would i be able to have children in the future? and does it harm my body? can someone die from taking this pill?

I have recently been diagnosed with gallstones in my gall bladder which are around 2cm big. I have to have them removed but the waiting list is a few months long. How can I endure the next few months with these frequent gallstone attacks. I have been prescribed strong painkillers but i was wondering if there was a way I could stop them happening or manage them somehow, maybe with home remedies or other tips? Also, I am hardly eating because I feel so unwell, does this happen to anyone else, I can't go on not eating but don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

Where do i go to buy the cheapest foods. What kind of food are best for breakfast, lunch and dinner, on a very tight budget? Which foods are healthy yet a cheap approach to eating so i can not really be a health nut but not go through the day malnurished?

I have a mental illness and I find it hard to find a nice man. I am a very attractive lady and have a nice personility which I would like to find a man who I can share my life with.How long do I have to wait I think I have waited long ENOUGH and so tired of it. I am 32 yrs old and so sick of this illness because I think it is a barrier to find a man. I have been to places where people with mental illnesses hang out but with no luck and been on singles and dating lines for people with disabilities and no luck. I only have one friend in the world who contacts me daily without the support of her and my mum I think I would go mad,I have tried to much and find it hard to make friends so dont tell me to go places been there and done that. I am sick and so tired of life I feel there is no future for me at all what shall I do. any answeres will be appreciated thank you for listening

My period just started (not for the first time, though), and my first swim practice is on Friday. My mom doesn't want me to use tampons, though! She said she tried it once and it hurt. I asked her what I should do then, and she just told me that the flow will be low, and I should just swim. I thought, "Ew, I don't wanna do that." Should I beg her to let me use tampons? It might work.
By the way, I'm 12.

I've had a recurring throat problem for several years now. My throat will feel sore and painful...kind of the feeling you have before you get a cold...but much worse. My throat also feels like it is closing up and I get these big white spots on my tonsils and my tonsils turn red, get very veiny, and swell. I have been to three different doctors and all three said they had no idea what it was and they had never seen it before. I've had tests run...it's not strep, it's not tonsillitis, it's not tonsil stones....I'm getting frustrated. I'm so sick of this happening! It flares up once every few weeks and makes me miserable for days before it suddenly gets better. I've been told it was possible it was allergy related, but several different allergy meds have not helped me at all and the doctors have no clue what the problem is. Am I the only person who has had this problem? Does anyone know what it could be? Is there anything else I can do to help this besides getting my tonsils removed?

My daughter became very ill with either Sjogren's, or a connective tissue disease or something else (no doctors agreed on what it was.) It lasted heavily for 8 months, then went away. Now all of a sudden about 5-6 of the symptoms have begun to happen again and I'm scared she might have an autoimmune disease after all. She was 15 the first time this came on, and she's 17 now. Anyone??? Whether it is Sjogren's or something else, it messed with her mind and her nervous system, digestive system, joints, skin, heart, and more! Help if you know anything, please.

Last night some stuff happened between me and my boyfriend of two years. im so terrified of losing him, and we got in a big fight last night. About 3 hours later i felt just fine and happy again after we made up, so i went to bed. I couldn't sleep at all and all the sudden my whole body just started shaking and my breath was short, and my chest/throat were very tight. I felt scared of something but i didnt know what, i could just feel some kind of fear. I'm pretty sure it was an anxiety attack, anyone know anything else it could have been?

ok, so im eating a grapefruit right now cuz i heard it helps you lose weight. i want to lose weight cuz i just had two babys well ones 2 yrs old and ones 1 month. i remember when i was younger i was eating a grapefruit every morning after my swimming classes and about a week later i noticed my tummy getting harder and smaller... that was when i was 12... im 21 now. how does it help you lose weight?

Has anyone had any bad withdrawls from cymbalta?
I was taking cymbalta at 30 mg, which to my knowlege is the smallest dose available, well when i stopped taking it, i went weird and crazy, even my body was hurting. It was the strangest thing ever to happen to me, well I started taking it again and now my doc is changing me back to zoloft and i had to stop taking it again and start the zoloft. Has anyone had this happen to them, or know what i can expect

I didnt want it to sound like I just stopped taking it, I cant wean off anymore because there is no lower dose, and I cant even cut it in half because it is a capsule with little balls in it, not a tablet.
I was also swelling really bad when taking it, my arms and legs, and now it is still happening after ive stopped, ive only been off for about a week and a half now, im pretty scared about whats gonna happen over the next 2 weeks!

I heard that birth-control pills not only prevent you from pregancy, but also stops/slows your period. I breakout ALOT before my period and when I'm on my period. I really hate it!!! So, if I take birth-control pills, would that stop my acne???
