1 cup distilled water (or Sage herbal tea)
1 teaspoon raw honey
Peppermint essential oil 2 drops
Spearmint essential oil 2 drops
Anise essential oil 1 drop
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)

Measure out honey into measuring cup. Add the essential oils, not exceeding 6 drops total. Mix well with the honey. Add a small amount of warm distilled water or herbal tea of sage to the honey until completely dissolved. Add the remaining amount of water. Bottle and label. Shake well before each use and swish for 30 to 60 seconds. For optimal freshness make weekly.

Hi scob, there is a distinct type of mouthwash that is a salt mouthwash. This is usually made by dissolving salt in lukewarm water. This type is used especially for curing infection or other form of oral problems. One of the very widespread mouthwashes found is a hydrogen peroxide in a diluted form.

Also, you can still make your own mouthwash at home. These will definitely help you in diminishing your bad breath and improve your oral health. One of the most famous homemade mouth rinses is Lemon Sage Brandy. The procedure to prepare this solution is given below:

What you require to make Lemon sage brandy:
A cup of brandy permeated with myrrh powder, thyme and sage.
A cup of purified water
Lemon juice (1 table spoon)

Start with the infusion. Take dried sage, myrrh powder and thyme and combine it with a cup of brandy, cover it tightly and let it remain for a period of 2 weeks.

After the infusion, strain, put in the water and shake until it blends. After that, take 2 tablespoons of the mixture and put it in a glass and add a few drops of lemon to it. Then put it in your mouth, gargle and spit out.

Be it a branded mouthwash or a homemade, use it regularly to prevent cavities, tooth decay and improve oral health.

I have seen recipes that use peppermint oil and such, but I don't feel like googling it right now. Otherwise, Dr. Bronners is a fabulous soap/all-purpose cosmetic that can be deluted and used as a mouthwash. It's all natural, organic, vegan, etc..

the is quite no recipe for white enamel , i've been advised again and again that my enamel are very white and shinny, the rationale for the is in view that i've and nonetheless brush my enamel with both colgate or auquafresh (common toothpaste) and that i do it in circles to restrict the comb to harm gums and restrict washing your enamel at a dentist however ask your dentist if that is precise.
