Only one thing for it - get back down the pub - 3 or 4 more pints and a Macdonalds will have you right back on top!

Best cure for a hangover? Don't drink the night before....
Seriously though.. try drinking some orange juice, the liquid will help rehydrate you which is probably the cause of your headache, and the vitamin C is good for helping your body metabolise the alcohol. Make sure you have something to eat as well, might not feel like it but it will help. Try some toast or a banana.
A strong cup of tea often helps, although my sister swears by diet coke and cheese and onion crisps!

What about your stomach? That's usually a bad part too. My remedy is that I don't drink at parties. I drink earlier in the day so it can wear off. I don't think that there is a worst feeling in the world than a bumper hangover. That is when all the decisions to stop drinking is made......until you sober up.

Three Gatorade Propel Water bottles, any flavor. (Like sugar I.V.s, chicken broth, for the salts, and a banana for the potassium. Vitamin C tablet, will eliminate lactic acid and then some sleep if you can. Do NOT go into the sun, your head will decide to murder you.

i've been told another beer will help that....but on a more serious side, drink lots and lots of water and take 2 tylenol. to prevent the hangover, take 2 tylenol before you start drinking then follow every couple of drinks with water, then take 2 more tylenol before you go to bed, drink a bottle of water (~20 oz) every 30-60 minutes but don't chug it that will make you sick, just drink it - my husband swears this will work and keep hangovers away.

Anadin Extra - always take 2 before you go to bed the night before! Take 2 now anyway. You'll feel woozy though - so get plenty of liquid down you - lucozade is good - and eat some crisps and chocolate to get yoor blood and sugar levels up (well that's my excuse anyway).

plenty of water as you are probably dehydrated, 2 pain killers and plenty of sleep,
in future try drinking a pint of water and eat a bannana before you go to bed (thats if you remember!), as the bannana is full of potassium and the water will rehydrate you so you dont wake up with a hang over at all, it really works as well!

Get yourself down to KFC (or get someone to go for you) and have one of their chicken fillet burger meals and a large coke.
Try this along with two paracetamol, a good movie, a comfy sofa and a few dozes. Works for me every time!
