My body reacts to the sunlight too sensitive, and it gives me a great pain.

Is there anything I can do about it? Like taking the meds, or taking the naturopathic remedies, etc.

I asked my doctor about this, and it looked like he did not know what to do.

Thanks.

Well, the most practical thing to do is to keep out of the sunlight. Although that's better said than done, use an umbrella, a cap, or better still a wide-brimmed hat to give you some cover, and, of course, always put on dark shades. Avoid walking under direct sunlight, keep to the side of buildings which offer some sort of shade. . . unless, you have a sort of aversion to sunlight, which could be psychological, so you need to confront yourself and with all honesty answer why that is so.

Slow build up! Most people run out as soon as the sun arrives and the clouds vanish. Frying or over exposure can cause sensitivity to the sun light. Therefore you should try to expose your skin to one minute the first day and keep building on it. Make sure after you have your exposure session completed that you cover up and stay covered until the next session. I have what they term a Farmers Tan, face, neck, arms from wearing a Polo Shirt during the present fine spell. However, my legs, pure white, so will have to build up the exposure, otherwise I will either end up RED and PEELING, or break out in a RASH!
