Hi toffeepops7.
Let's get rid of the gallstone diet myth first. The claim here is that by using certain things in your diet, you can make your gallstones pass into your bowel and then into the toilet. Supposedly, if you look in your stool when using this diet, you will find gallstones.
But, look at the facts. The tube between the gallbladder and the small intestine is called the bile duct. The end of the bile duct is the ampule of Vater. The final part of the bile duct goes through the pancreas and shares a small part of the tube with the duct from the pancreas.
The ampule of Vater normally has about the same diameter as a pencil lead. So, what do you think would happen if you make a gallstone start traveling down the bile duct? Well, if it is smaller in diameter than a pencil lead, it should pass through without any problem. But, would it be big enough to even notice in your stool? Hardly!
There are a couple of medications that causes gallstones to shrink ursodiol (Actigall) or chenodiol (Chenix). But, these medications can take years to work , your gallstones , 2cm very bigs.
If you do have pain from gallstones, the best and final treatment is still surgery. I hate to tell you that, but it remains true. See your doctor.

Warning: Do NOT Use a Gall Bladder Flush!
I know that Roxie was well meaning when she suggested the oil and lemon juice gall bladder flush, but it's not a good idea. Flushes in general are controversial (and we don't need to get into that argument here), but more importantly they could be dangerous given the size of your gall stones. You don't need a medical emergency on top of the discomfort that you're currently experiencing.

You have to eat something, if you don't, the problem may get worse. People who go on crash diets or fast very often usually have a higher chance of developing gallstones. If you don't eat, the gallbladder would store more concentrated bile as there's no food for it to secrete bile into the small intestine help digest the food. Your problem may intensify. Drink lots of water. It helps to drink coffee or take dark chocolate as well. Bitter flavors stimulate bile flow (which is good), and studies have found lower rates of gallstones in coffee drinkers. Don't take food that are high in fats like dairy products, red meat and junk food. Meanwhile stick to a healthy diet of cooked rice, lightly stir fried vegetables and white meat preferably fish.

Cut out nearly all fat in your diet until you have it removed, it's the only way to keep the pain away.
You could try a detox with lemon juice (1 tbsp) and apple cider vinegar (1 tsp) in water, taken 20 minutes before you eat. Lemon cleanses the liver, the vinegar takes care of the gallbladder.

If you want to get rid of your gallstones, take 3 tablespoon of olive oil with fresh lemon juice in the morning upon arising and before going to sleep. This is going to break down the stone so it can pass with your stool(look for them in your stool).
Also peppermint oil cleanse the gall bladder.
For pain relief use topical castor oil. Heat the castor oil
without letting it boil, then souk a cotton cloth with the oil .
Put the cloth on the affected area and place a plastic on top of the cloth and then a heating pad to maintain the heat. You can leave on the area from 30 min to 2 hours until pain subsides.
You can also do a Juice fast when you get the pain(fast for about 3 days).

ouch. I feel your pain. I had my gallbladder out a year and a half ago and I know how painful they are.
Gosh, they are sure making you wait a long time.
Avoid any fatty foods. No meat. No butter. No ice cream.
I lost tons of weight before my surgery.
I don't know where you live, but if you have a really bad attack you should go to the ER and sometimes they will do emergency surgery.
If it gets too bad, tell your doctor that you can't wait. When being a patient you have to be your own advocate.
Let me know how it goes.

You poor thing. They are so HORRIBLE. I wish I could help. My husband gave me a crystal healing for mine (using a crystal known as a "laser"), and they haven't bothered me since. (I wasn't eating either.)
Email me if you want more info (but we are in Australia, so the best I can do is explain where you might find someone who knows how to do it).
I feel your pain........
P.S. I was never game to try that olive oil and lemon juice cure. Be careful. (Gallstones are worse than labour, aren't they?)

im pretty sure that stones are formed from an excess of minerals in your blood. this could be calcium or magnesium, etc. it really depends what the mineral is that is forming for you, but if I was you I would drastically reduce my calcium intake just in case thats it.
also drink lots of water. the more water, the better chance of the mineral to dissolve, and therefore a better chance of it leaving your body.
