If you are a dietician or personal trainer, I'd love to hear from you.
This is what I eat every day. I am 27 and weigh 138-140 and am 5'3. I feel I am overweight. I seem to not be losing weight like I want to. Should I up my cardio routine to all days of the week? I currently do Tae Bo 3 times a week for 40 minutes.

A bowl of granola (half full) with a little milk
Orange juice (not a full glass)

1/4 cup of mixed nuts mid-morning

Lean Cuisine for lunch

1/4 cup mixed nuts mid-afternoon

Veggie Burger on Wheat Bread with Lettuce, Tomato or 6 inch Turkey sub from Subway

a fruit cup in evening or chocolate...depending

for the last few weeks by boyfriend has said his penis is leakin.he dont know what is it, h4e thinks it maybe semen but is this possable. he isnt aroused when it happens and can happen while he is doing everyday things,it leaved a hard residue in his underwere,it looks clear but he said he wouldnt know if it was white.

one time while doing the sex with his gal friend, he used the local make condoms. the same day while the sucking of penny, her teeth made small strain on his penny. that strain got infected. he consulted with VD specialist he told that it can be easily curable and ask to do so many test.the results are good. finally after spending lot of money he told that it is kind of diseases, it can not be curable fully. now the symptom is slight itching very rarely inside of fore skin and there is no lubricating property between the penny to foreskin. and also that doctor told there may be wound, may be 2 or 3 time in a year it will come and get cured itself. but still now there is no such a symptoms but slight itching....one year over now. will you able to guide him what should do get cured? any chennai specialist?

I've been using a toothpaste for sensitive teeth for a few days and I've noticed my tongue feels burny and my lips tingle...like when you've scolded your tongue when drinking a hot drink. Has anyone noticed any side effects such as these when using a toothpaste for sensitive teeth? Thanks.:)

I've been told my blood pressure is naturally low (usually about 90/58) but it regularly falls below this and i get faint and dizzy. My consultant has told me to eat plenty of salt, drink lots and go for walks. This doesn't seem particularly helpful. I also have Crohns disease, anaemia and crohns-related arthritis.

i'm not fat, but my stomach is big. not huge, but kind of big and the thing is how do i get rid of this stomach? it looks like theres just a bulge in my stomach. i've been doing cardio for 30-45 minutes every day since last sunday. i am already on a diet (weight watcher). I'm trying to get a 2.0 gpa, and i have a 1.8. right now i have 2 A's, one C+ one D, and 3 F's.I wont graduate till next year I was out of my meds for 3 months because my insurance was cancelled. Now im on adderol XR. I was told that, Colleges will never accept me, because of my hoorible grades. and i blamed my bad grades on ADHD, i didnt tell my teacher, because ONE, it's not an excuse, and TWO, it wont make a difference and teachers dont really care. People keep saying in news articles and opinion magazines and forums, that ADD freaks will never amount to anything, they are retarded, they will get low paying jobs, I hear it goes away in adulthood, but not all the time. when i hear there's a 65% chance you will have ADHD in adulthood, I was crying. If possible do you kno where i can get like a survival guide for ADHd kids, books or internet. Why is everyone calling me retarded? are they right?

just had a Dr appt. due to her having vaginal bleeding for over 1 month... her test results just came back and they stated she is having no growth below the breasts... and her estrogen levels are off the charts.......Anyone else experience these symptoms in their child?
