There is no way to 'instantly' loose belly fat. Start out by walking or jogging, and do crunches.
These methods do work, but they take time.
Be patient - you didn't gain it in one day - you won't loose it in one day, either!

Think about running. It will do wonders for your legs and you'll lose weight. Sit-up, push-ups and crunches will help too. Also, in the summer, sweat helps you lose weight. But also, it's important to eat healthier to. Some people do a vegan diet, which will allow you to drop almost 10 pounds in a week, but only if you do it right. But you have to be careful with doing that, because people who eat only plants are able to become anemic. Do your research on that.

nothing is instant....but if you start doing sit ups. along with healthy eating and increasing your activity level. The sit ups will tone the muscles in your abs and make it appears as you are losing weight fast, even though the scale will tell you otherwise your jeans or even that special dress will fit better.

i know everyone says this but running is the best way to lose weight. if you run each day for about a mile or so you can lose weight pretty quickly. it really does work

You can't lose any kind of weight "instantly". No exercise will make you lose weight from one particular area more than another. You simply have to eat less and exercise more. There's no magic about it.
