Ok, I have autism and i am not that violent! He's just lonely, we wants someone to love him, He wouldnt kill anybody if someone gave him a hug. or listen to his feelings. I could have been his friend, i dont care if he would kill or not, he just needs to be loved
People with autism are not psychos, they just sometime have social problems and few of them are naive. 40% of them are mentally retarded. and the rest are extremely intelligent. All of them have extrordinary talent, according to doctors

There's nothing definitive regarding Cho having autism. I read that article too and it sounds to me like the media is grasping at straws without having all of the facts. I'm not saying it's not possible, I just don't think it's likely. Experts have said he fit the profile for this kind of killer.......think back to Columbine. No one ever said those kids had autism.

definite, i think of the media could have shown the video of Cho Seung Hui. i don't think of showing Cho Seung-Hui's video by potential of the media is glorifying his strikes. as quickly as I observed on television that 33 human beings have been killed in a mass shooting at Virginia Tech college, the 1st ingredient that got here to my ideas grew to become into, how could desire to somebody do some thing so terrible. i think of that question grew to become into spoke back whilst NBC and different media stations confirmed the video of Cho. the displaying of the video incredibly confirmed how disturbed Cho grew to become into. He grew to become right into a delusional guy, who pick help. I additionally do not consider the shown fact that the video will on the spot copycat killers because of the fact to my recollection, there grew to become into no video of the Columbine shooters. yet there have been different college shootings after the the Columbine shootings. the main's that there are disturbed human beings available and in the event that they'll dedicate mass murders, seeing the video of Cho shouldn't replace something, different than(and that is what incredibly concerns me) questioning of a thank you to out do what Cho has completed.

He didn't suffer from autism, according to the school medical records.
But to answer your question, no autism cannot be that dangerous, they are extreme emotional changes, but autism makes people more reliable on others.Less independent, my cousin has autism, he 34, he still lives with my aunt and uncle because he feels fear of the world and can't handle pain or exreme emotions.Autistic people also can't help when their emotional, when feeling strong emotions they tend to scream and cry.

There was a kid in my son's class one year that was very scary. The administrators required he be tested because his behavior was very odd. He was diagnosed as autistic, but his parents refused to accept it. The mother said, "He's not autistic. It's just that he is so intellegent that the other children have a hard time relating to him." I was so worried about this kid, I removed my son from the school - and so did about half of the other parents who had kids in that class.
Maybe if his parents had accepted his diagnosis and worked with him, things would have been different, but this kid has shown violent behavior, including using a chair as a weapon and almost strangling a little girl. He ended up in my daughter's school, and it really scared me.
Yes, autistic kids can be violent - but kids that aren't autistic can also be violent, so we should be very careful not to label autism as violent.

Autism needs to be brought to the attention of the person with it - and people around them. Be monitored, and taken care of if it gets worse.
Not all people with autism need to be monitored for suicidal or homicidal thoughts and actions.
Just like other things in life. As long as something is monitored and in control - it shouldn't be a problem.

Autistic children or adults are not violent towards others. Some autistic children may self-injure themselves. Just as head banging, pulling their hair, or scratching themselves until they bleed.
However, with Behavioral therapy children can benefit by improving communication, learning, adaptive behavior, and appropriate social behavior.
There is strong evidence that these interventions are most effective when started early, typically in the preschool years.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Autism affects one in 150 children in the U.S.
Autism: There are various classifications and degrees of autism and may go unrecognized, especially in mildly affected children or when more debilitating handicaps mask it.
____________________________________________
Autism is a developmental disorder that is characterized by three distinctive behaviors. Autistic children have difficulties with social interaction, display problems with verbal and nonverbal communication, and exhibit repetitive behaviors or narrow, obsessive interests. These behaviors can range in impact from mild to disabling. Some children with autism exhibit aggression and high levels of self-stimulatory behavior.
Scientists aren’t certain what causes autism, but it’s likely that both genetics and environment play a role.
Autism begins before the age of three and lasts throughout a person's life. It occurs in all racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic groups and is four times more likely to occur in boys than girls.

If you found out he was diabetic would you be asking "Can diabetis be so dangerous?"
He was clearly mentally ill. Either the family was unwilling to admit that & choose to claim he was autistic instead, OR he was BOTH autistic AND mentally ill.
But autism was not to blame for this tragedy.

whether he had autism or not doesn't mean he was more likely to do what he did.
He was also meant to be depressed to, does that mean all depressed people are likely to do the same thing? No, don't think so.
Sounds like he was a psychopath/sociopath i.e. someone with no feelings, no capacity for love, empathy, guilt anything and also narcissistic in the way that he made all these videos.

Not all people with autism are the same. I have Asperger's and never killed anyone. And please don't say "suffers" from autism considering some people don't think it's that bad and some people think it's part of who they are.
