Because there is no "normal". Or "better" or "worse".
Sure, there are people with inclinations toward creating kids with certain problems, that's why genetic counseling before having kids is important.
We all have the potential for certain problems to arise; many scientists now think that genetic variety helps our species fend off a host of diseases.
And some of our greatest achievers have had genetic problems (epilepsy leaps to mind). It's not the goal we achieve, but the obstacles we overcome that creates greatness.

Klinefelter syndrom has to do with the seperation of the chromosomes during meiosis. The parents can be normal but if a problem arises during anaphase then an abnormal number of chromosomes may be in the egg or sperm. If this happens with the sex chromosome then Klinefelter syndrom could be 1 of the possibilities.

This is having XXY for sex chromosome instead of XX or XY. The extra X chromosome is retained because of a nondisjunction during sex cell division.
So, it is a spontaneous change and not hereditary.

klinefelter is not hereditary.it's an accident.
